'Proprieta Corp' is an international company that has over 8 years experience in managing and renting properties throughout the world, our primary focus though being in Italy. Our clients travel from all corners of the globe to enjoy what this beautiful country has to offer, and being able to provide them with the perfect accommodations to suit their needs is what we are best at. Whether it be a luxury weekend in a castle, wine tasting in Tuscany, sightseeing in Rome or some relaxing time by the sea, we endeavour to provide all of this and more for our clientele

The company is led by Meaghan Barr, an Australian who has been doing business in Italy for 15 years. Meaghan has worked and travelled extensively in both Europe, the United States and the Caribbean. She is a 'Certified International Property Specialist' and is actively involved with many international agents. Her specialization is Management of Vacation Rental Properties and international sales.

The company is an active member of both AHLA ' The American Hotel and Lodging Association' and CIPS 'Certified International Property Specialists. A Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) is an individual who has proven their expertise in the international real estate practice by completing CIPS program requirements. Property owners can benefit from the representation of real estate professionals who have earned the CIPS designation. NAR-International administers the CIPS program and designation which focuses on ownership and transaction principals of international real estate, including specifics on real estate markets in Europe, the Americas and Asia/Pacific.

We also partner with Delta Airlines, All Trip Insurance and Barnes & Noble.

We attract our clients through various ways, though returning clients and word of mouth have yielded the highest return to date. 'Connection Groups ' advertises in leading international newspapers and periodicals, worldwide travel and leisure magazines and also through our various websites.We have a bi-monthly newsletter 'From your Friend in Tuscany' that provides information on topics of interest in Tuscany, recipe ideas, festivals and events . We also showcase new areas within Italy and advertise our new rentals properties. This is sent via email to our clients and also to people making general enquiries about accommodations in Italy. It is a proven way to keep people coming back to our site again and again.

Currently we are managing up to 70 enquiries per day and are in need of additional rental properties to satisfy this demand. We do not ask for exclusivity and appreciate that it is to your benefit to have multiple companies promoting your property. Our standard procedure is to create pages from your own website, photo's or any other material you may have. There is of course no charge for this, neither is there any limit on the number of pictures, or the amount of text. We find the clients, contact you for availability, then confirm the booking.
